**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in various digital marketing initiatives, focusing on social media management, email campaigns, content creation, and content management. This is a part-time, fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**: Develop, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
- **Email Marketing**: Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Write, edit, and manage content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- **Graphic Design Assistance**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for social media posts, emails, and website using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Campaign Analytics**: Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**: Work with the team to improve SEO performance on blog posts, landing pages, and web content.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- **Collaborative Support**: Work closely with the senior marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and a flair for creativity.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements.
